We are always working to make Jyola Farms exactly what you need for your families nutritional needs. Your feedback will help us decide what to build, and what improvements should be made to our existing services. As we plan new greens and other exciting super foods that’s right for you, we’d like to understand more about what’s important to you when it comes to eating real food. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. Please read the fine prints of each subscriptions before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Refund Policy

We will try our best to create the best experience for our customers. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. Jyola Farms reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will initiate a complete refund within 7 Working days.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.  If the product reached you in bad shape and later than 7 days in shipment your product cost will be refunded or we will send you another package.

If we are unable to deliver because of wrong address, receiver unavailability then the responsibility will be on the receiver side.
